1. Purpose of Collaboration
To establish a collaborative relationship where The Provider utilizes The Platform to manage appointments, digital prescriptions, and billing for pet owners within the TailYari community.
2. Roles & Responsibilities
A. Appointment Management
The Provider agrees to attend to all appointment requests initiated through the TailYari platform, subject to their availability. The Provider must maintain an updated availability calendar on The Platform to minimize booking conflicts.
B. Clinical Documentation & Prescriptions
The Provider agrees to use The Platform's dedicated tools for issuing all medical prescriptions. Digital records must be completed promptly after the consultation to ensure pet owners have immediate access to care instructions.
C. Billing & Transparency
Standard Procedure: All billing for services rendered must be processed through The Platform. While The Provider is free to accept cash payments directly from the customer, transparency is mandatory.
Direct Payment Policy:
In the event of a direct cash payment, the total bill amount must be uploaded or logged into the TailYari website within 24 hours of the appointment. This financial record will be made simultaneously available to the customer through their TailYari dashboard for record-keeping and transparency.
3. Commercial Terms & Fees
30-Day Grace Period
For the first 30 days following the Provider's joining date, no platform fees or commissions apply to bookings.
20% Platform Commission
After the grace period, a 20% platform fee applies to the total billing amount of every appointment booked through TailYari. It is deducted or invoiced automatically for continued access to the booking system, branding tools, and digital billing suite.
Settlement Protocol
For online transactions, TailYari disburses the remaining 80% on a pre-agreed weekly or monthly payout cycle. For provider-logged cash payments, the 20% platform fee is calculated and settled separately through monthly billing cycles.
Referral Incentive
The Provider is encouraged to refer other qualified veterinarians to TailYari to expand the care network.
4. Brand & Mascot Usage
The Provider acknowledges that Professor Paws (also known as Dogendar) is TailYari's exclusive intellectual property and official brand ambassador. The Provider receives a non-exclusive license to display this branding in their clinic or on social media solely as a "TailYari Verified Partner." Any use must follow TailYari's authoritative and relatable brand voice; the mascot must not be altered, distorted, or used in a manner that brings disrepute to The Platform.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 15 days' notice. Upon termination, all outstanding billing records must be finalized and the right to use TailYari branding and mascots shall cease immediately.
