Welcome to Tailyari. By accessing our website or mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. These terms govern your relationship with Tailyari.
A. Services Provided
Matchmaking
Connecting pet parents for socialization and community building.
Adoption
Facilitating responsible pet adoption through verified NGOs.
Care Services
Providing access to professional pet care resources and clinics.
B. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or initiate adoptions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
C. Ethics & Pet Ownership
Anti-Cruelty
Tailyari strictly prohibits the use of our platform for illegal animal trading, fighting, or any form of cruelty. Any user found in violation will be reported to local law enforcement and permanently banned.
Responsible Breeding
We promote responsible ownership. Engaging in "puppy mill" activities or unethical breeding practices is strictly forbidden. We advocate for health standards and required vaccinations.
D. Content License
While you retain ownership of your pet photos, by posting on the platform, you grant Tailyari a non-exclusive license to use this content for promotional purposes and community highlights (including features with Prof. Paws).
E. Cancellation & Refund Policy
By processing a transaction on the Tailyari platform, you agree to the following cancellation and refund terms:

Pet Events & Community Ticketing: All ticket sales and registration passes for Tailyari offline meetups, workshops, and social gatherings are final and non-refundable to ensure accurate headcount and venue planning.

Professional Service Bookings: Cancellations or rescheduling requests for digital wellness consultations, certified trainers, or grooming experts must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to be eligible for a refund.

Premium Care Subscriptions: You may cancel your digital health and matchmaking subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for active months.

Adoption Services: Tailyari strictly facilitates free, ethical adoptions. We do not process payments, cancellations, or refunds for live animals.
F. Limitation of Liability
Tailyari acts as a facilitator. We are not responsible for the behavior of pets during offline community meetups or the quality of third-party pet care expert consultations. Users engage in offline interactions at their own risk.
